Star 5

STAR 5-Gold/Competitive is the highest level of the STARskate program and is the progression after completing all of the STAR 4 or higher test levels. As in the STAR 2-4 levels, participants are taught in group, semi-private or private lesson format by NCCP Certified Professional Coach/Coaches of their choosing. Lessons are once again arranged directly with the Coach/Coaches. Skaters will continue to earn their STAR tests through the national standardized testing system and also continue to attend sanctioned competitions were they will compete to be ranked and earn individual placements in their levels. The STAR 5-Gold/Competitive program consists of both on-ice and off-ice portions (participation in both portions is mandatory) and it is recommended that skaters participate in the full 4 to 5 day a week membership to achieve the best development.
